The Personal Rights and Responsibilities (PR&R) is responsible for ensuring that the contract between the Board of Education and the FEA is upheld. If you have a grievance, please contact one of the committee members listed below.

A grievance is a specific claim by an employee or group of employees, the FEA, that there has been an alleged violation, misinterpretation, or misapplication of a specific provision or group of provisions in the contract or an alleged discrimination or a condition affecting the employee’s health and safety.
